Youth and Teen Fitness
This program is designed to help teens stay active while building positive relationships, self-confidence, and overall wellness. The kids will use both cardio, strength training equipment, as well as, participate in interactive indoor/outdoor games and activities.
Plus, the YMCA of the Suncoast has youth and teen fitness conditioning programs that are indoor and outdoor group based exercise specifically designed for youth ages 5-12 and 9-16. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will sweat, get dirty, become stronger, work on leadership and teamwork skills and most importantly have a great time doing it!
